The African continent faces numerous environmental challenges that have significant impacts on its ecosystems, natural resources, and human populations. Some of the key challenges includes Deforestation, Desertification, water scarcity, climate change, pollution, Biodiversity loss, Land degradation and Energy loss.

Addressing these environmental challenges requires a multi-faceted approach, including sustainable land and water management, conservation efforts, renewable energy.
